Warranty Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

MYCHWAY website provides customers with a "30-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt), If you order products on this website and find the following situations after receiving the goods, you must contact our customer service department, and you can return and exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt:

  1. The product is found to be damaged when the goods are received;
  2. The product is different or less than the product ordered by the customer on the website
  3. It is found that the product has expired when the goods are received;

If you encounter items 1 and 2 above, contact our customer service department immediately on the day of receipt. Only unopened products can be returned. Some products that are discounted, opened, used or damaged due to customer's human factors can be returned. Cannot be replaced.

Warranty Period

All products include a 12-month warranty for main unit (excluding handles and accessories) and a 3-month warranty for accessories (such as handles, screens, etc.) from the purchase date.

2. Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the issue and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. We will replace the accessory or product to ensure proper functionality. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be offered in accordance with our refund policy. Refund Policy, Return policy.
4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Returns must include the receipt or invoice and a copy of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Coverage Details

This warranty covers beauty machines purchased from Mychway Online website, authorized distributors, or retail outlets. It applies only to the original buyer and excludes products from unauthorized sellers or resale.

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage from misuse or not following instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, like scratches or dents.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Consumables (pads, gels, filters, etc.) unless faulty on arrival.
  • Accidental damage, including drops, water, or power surges.

Return & Shipping

  • The return address will be provided during the claims process, based on your location.
  • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
  • MyChway will supply a prepaid shipping label for returns covered under the warranty.
  • If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact MyChway Customer Support immediately.
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
