MYCHWAY website provides customers with a "30-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt), If you order products on this website and find the following situations after receiving the goods, you must contact our customer service department, and you can return and exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt:
1. The product is found to be damaged when the goods are received;
2. The product is different or less than the product ordered by the customer on the website
3. It is found that the product has expired when the goods are received;

Customers must submit an application by email or phone within 30 days after receiving the goods.
If you need to return or exchange the goods, the ordering person, including local and overseas customers, must pay the postage related to the replacement of the goods.
Relevant gifts must be returned when returning the goods.
Clearance products, redemption products and gifts are not accepted for return applications. The 30-day product return guarantee is only applicable to online shopping.
If the customer does not have any application for return or exchange of goods within 30 days, it means that the transaction of the ordered goods is completed. The company does not have to bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement of the goods.
If the goods you receive or the quantity of goods do not match the order, you can notify us by email or phone within 30 days, and we will have someone to verify the content of the order. If it is found that this is caused by MYCHWAY's error, we will arrange for free replacement of the goods, and the additional shipping costs arising from this will also be borne by our company.
Once the product has been disassembled or used, we will not accept returns. MYCHWAY is not responsible for the damage after delivery of the goods.
