We are in different time zones, sometimes with that, that could be aggravating trying to get in touch with someone, BUT NOT THEM! fast responses and very much for their customers!! no better site to receive your machines!

Machines are great and worth every penny! And customer service is excellent!! They promptly helped me with troubleshooting my machine, and we figured it out that I needed to wash two tiny filters. Now everything is like new!!

I bought a machine and a few days later I want it to exchange it for another one for the same price before the shipping and they did GREAT, i was so happy, the customer service is awesome, kind and consistent. I'm truly happy, thank you guys.
